After playing for a bit my advice to anyone who wants to play with this toy is to not give it full gas. It will run best if you accelerate slowly and ease into it. If you go full speed you will have trouble at first. =P

If you search …
If you search youtube these can easily be modified to run on water, where they actually steer better. Of course it is risky, and it’s a great way to destroy your toy.
I wish they could of made the runtime better, and the steering better. Mine turns great right, and only turns half as well to the left. Did anyone else think the turning was like that? Or was mine a lemon?

I just got one, and its pretty interesting. Although its not as easy to manuever as other toys, it does feel more rewarding being able to control to hover craft after some practice.

The hover craft was $20. It is a fun toy and more a novelty than anything else. I doubt you will see this one on the store shelf for very long.

You said in the introduction that you do these reviews each Wednesday of cheap things, is your definition of cheap the same as mine? how much is this RC hovercraft?

I acutally did that. Made several takes for the ending and that info was accidentally left out.
So here is my take on it. It is a cheap rc toy that would be great for a child. It has to be run on a smooth surface only and never in water. For $20 it is a great novelty item or stocking stuffer.
